I started running a couple weeks ago. After church today I picked up the new Nike + ipod sensor for my ipod. Here's my trial run (more like crawl)...I was just calabrating the sensor...I'll post my progress once in a while...because I know you care about seeing me get healthy.

ive used it a couple times.
