Some of the key things I'm looking for here are:
Some of the key things I'm looking for here are:
- Why is this person wanting to move into ministry at BridgeWay? Are they looking for a job at the church? Are they looking to leave a bad fit and just willing to jump at the first thing that comes along? Does it seem that God is specifically calling them to join the kind of ministry we are leading at BridgeWay?
- Do they clearly demonstrate that they have been called to ministry? Are they producing "fruit" or just beign "faithful"? I'm a firm believer that true faithfulness, produces fruitfulness.
- Can they articulate their call to ministry? Has God given them a clear vision for waht he wants to do in and through them. Or is it more like..."so yeah, I thought working for a church would be cool for a while."
