2. Character
The most important of the five characteristics I'm looking for in a staff member has to be Character. If a person is lacking in honesty, integrity or ethics the fallout can damage people for decades. Becuase of this, I am commited to looking for people who:

• Have a clear plan for personal spiritual growth.
• Demonstrate a white hot heart for God & the authority of the Bible.
• Have a track record of being people of honesty and integrity.
• Have clearly helped others to develop spiritual disciplines.
• Are spoken highly of by the people who know them best.
