4. Chemistry

Most of us spend more waking hours in our working environment than we do with our own families. Becasue of this I want to be certain that I have a good working relationship with everyone on our team. I want to be certain that we have chemistry in several key areas:

• Ministry vision, values, process, and purpose
• Ministry culture
• Ministry goals
• Realtional ability (do we communicate well, or do we have to explain ourselves repeatedly)
• Do our families get along well
• Do we enjoy each other's company
• Do we make each other better
• Does our passion and vision for ministry expand when we are together
• Does this person feed my passion or drain my relational energies
• Do they fit well with the rest of the team
