Here's some of the highlights from my reading this week.

• Check out the line-up that Ben Arment has coming up for the Whiteboard Sessions...not your usual suspects...looks great!
• It's a week old, but Michael Hyatt's post on Seven Questions to Ask About Last Year is great...you should do this...I did.
• Tim Stevens has a must read post on How to Leave Your Church.  Read it, and I'd love to hear your feedback in the comments below.  I've never seen anyone leave this way, but it is the way it should be done.
• Huge changes are happening at Youth Specialties...read all about it here.
• You have to read Mark Batterson's post on How to Identify an Idol.
• Matt's got a great little post about passion that you need to read.
• Seth Godin had another genius post titled Why Ask Why this week (which of his post aren't genius)...must read stuff for teachers, managers, and leaders.

In case you're wondering when I find time to read all this stuff...I use Google Reader to subscribe to several blogs.  Then I rig my laptop up on my treadmill and read them while I walk (can't read them when running for obvious reasons)...it looks something like this!
